Every made-to-order pair is hand-painted in Lebanon. Please allow approximately 7 days for your shoes to be completed before dispatch. Ready-to-Ship pairs are already painted and do not require the normal production period.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free in every active Choose Your Shoes market: Lebanon, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and Germany.

Lebanon

Free shipping to Lebanon. Cash on Delivery and secure card payment are available.

International Markets

Free shipping to Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and Germany. International orders are paid in full by secure online card payment; Cash on Delivery is available in Lebanon only.

International Shipping Time

Estimated international shipping time is approximately 2 weeks after dispatch. For made-to-order pairs, this begins after the normal painting and preparation period.

Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are separate from our free shipping service and, when applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
