Orders to Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and Germany are paid in full by secure card. Shipping is free and takes approximately 2 weeks after dispatch. Cash on Delivery is available in Lebanon only.

Made by Hand in Lebanon

Made-to-order pairs are individually hand-painted and normally require approximately 7 days before they are ready for dispatch. Ready-to-Ship pairs are already painted and can be prepared sooner.

Before Dispatch

For made-to-order pairs, we confirm the design and size before painting. If we make an error in the confirmed design or size, contact us and we will correct it before dispatch.

If the design or size is wrong because of our mistake, contact us and we will correct it before dispatch.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and send clear photos of the parcel and shoes so we can review the issue with you directly.
